Screen feels small on mobile browser

Landscape mode, hiding the toolbar, and launching from Home Screen usually gives you more space.

Answer

When using Refl in a mobile browser, the mirror view may feel small depending on your device orientation and browser UI. Try the steps below to use the mirror view with more screen space.

What to try

1. If you are holding your phone vertically, rotate it 90 degrees and use it in landscape mode 2. On iOS Safari, open the menu next to the address bar and select "Hide Toolbar" 3. On Android, supported devices can use the Fullscreen button at the top right of the mirror screen 4. On both iOS and Android, open the browser menu and use "Add to Home Screen" to save a dedicated Refl shortcut, then launch Refl from that shortcut

Notes

  • Landscape mode makes it easier to display the mirror video larger
  • On iOS Safari, hiding the toolbar increases the available screen area
  • On Android, Fullscreen button behavior may vary depending on the device and browser support
  • Opening Refl from a Home Screen shortcut can hide the browser address bar and provide a more fullscreen-like experience
